Contact form (Brevo)
When you use the contact form, we send your name, company, email address, and message to us via the email provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Brevo processes this data on our behalf within the EU. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling your request.
Scheduling (Cal.com)
The scheduler only loads after you actively click "Book a call" — no data is sent to Cal.com before that. Cal.com can be EU-hosted; see Cal.com's own privacy policy for details.
Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregate, cookieless usage statistics (e.g. page views) — no IP address is stored, and no profiling occurs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel Inc. is based in the US; transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We store your language choice (localStorage key "tegrek-locale") and your cookie consent locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
